Typography Games

For my public relations publications class I was asked to play three typography games. I chose to play Shoot the serif, Type War and Kern Type. For the first game, I had to shoot all the letters that were serif. It wasn't challenging but the sound effects made it entertaining. For the second game, I had to match the letter with the correct font. This game was more challenging because I wasn't familiar with all the fonts the game listed. For the last game, I had to fix the spaces between the letters in a word in order to achieve readable text. This game was more challenging than I thought because it was harder to gauge where the letters fit within the word. Overall, I enjoyed playing these games because it woke up my brain and it also taught me more about typography.
